ABOUT OUR LOGO
Community foundations are defined as serving a specific geographic area.
Founding Board Member and local artist and business woman, Diana Ingalls Leyba, created the logo for the Grant County Community Foundation in 2012. It represents a helping hand to the community, scattering Mimbres pots, depicted as coins, on the landscape of Southwest New Mexico.
The Mimbres images root us to the place in which we live and our rich cultural heritage.
The logo has been adapted for the Nonprofit Center and the Community Conversation.
